This group is open to all heart failure patients and their families. You will learn about managing and living well with heart failure in a supportive group environment.

Today’s special guest will be Janeen Ibarreta.  She is a Clinical Pharmacist from the Institute of Heart and Vascular Health at Renown.  Please bring any questions you have about your heart medications.

This meeting takes place on the last Wednesday of every month.

Video enabled attendance is available. Patients can access remotely and join from any video-enabled device (smart phone, iPad, laptop, or webcam/desktop). Upon registering, you will receive instructions on how to virtually connect.
