Join our weekly “virtual” Meditation for Pregnancy and Birth Class.
Research has shown that women who practice meditation during their pregnancy show decreased anxiety and depression compared to those who don’t. Being mindful and practicing meditation also seems to increase positive emotions.
The goal of this class is to increase your sense of well-being during pregnancy & birth, and to connect with your unborn baby. Class is taught by one of our parent educators/meditation instructor.
