Join us for a talk about how to get the conversation started before the end stages of life. By gaining an understanding of this type of care, you and your loved ones can feel confident in the team approach provided to the entire family during a difficult time.

Learn from Renown Hospice and Palliative Care expert, Kelle Brogan, MD, a distinguished doctor who has dedicated over three decades to end-of-life care. Dr. Brogan’s inspiration in maintaining quality of life for patients and families comes from the people in her care. Attend this talk to learn:
• What are the differences between Hospice and Palliative Care?
• The best steps to prepare for a positive life to the very end, including what documentation should you have ready.
• How and when to talk to family, friends, caregivers and healthcare experts about your wishes.

Dr. Brogan is dedicated to helping more people understand and request hospice and palliative care earlier to give you and your family support when you need it. Come learn with us!
