Cardiovascular Support Group – Field Trip

Registration for this event is required. This event is in lieu of the monthly support group and there will not be virtual capabilities.

Join us for a cooking demonstration by one of our Cardiac Rehab registered dieticians and nutrition educator. This healthy meal demonstration will be at our Renown Healthy Heart Program.
