Cardiovascular Support Group – Field Trip to Urban Roots Teaching Farm

Registration is required for this event as space is limited.

Join us for a farm tour, tasting, and a discussion about the health benefits of starting your own garden. You will also have the opportunity to bring home your own starter plant.

Notes:

• Be prepared to spend some time outdoors.
• Bring a hat, sunscreen, and wear closed-toed shoes.
• Snacks and water will be provided.

Parking: Across from the farm on the corner of Gould St. and E. 2nd St.

The support group is open to everyone looking for more information on heart health.
