Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet, it is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there. This class can help you reduce stress, enhance creativity, discover mindfulness, increase breath and body awareness, create inner peace, connect to your inner self, improve relationships and awaken your intuition.
Your instructor, Schauntelle Puliti, has been a nurse at Renown for 15 years. She loves working with people and practicing meditation. She says, “ I’ve found that with short periods of meditation a sense of calm and peace can be found even in the busiest of times. For me, meditation has been such a rewarding experience and I want to share this experience with others.”
