The HELLO Project is hosting a virtual community gathering called “It Starts with Hello,” every Tuesday and Thursday at noon.
Each virtual gathering will feature a different topic of interest with a local expert, factual information and a chance to chat with others in our community. The discussions will focus on wellness-related topics such as mindfulness, exercise, nutrition and mental health to help you live your best life. Stay connected while you are at home and join us from your computer or phone.
Join us as our Health District partner, Julia Ratti and Joe Belanger, owner of 40 Mile Saloon, teach us how to make warm winter mocktails and cocktails. We will be showing how to make a delightful, warm mocktail that is sure to warm you up as well as a yummy, roasted cauliflower and tomato soup.
As always, the program will also include local news and events updates and an opportunity to connect with other community members.
