Let Go Yoga Flow

An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until Jan 1, 2020
Join Stacey Goodale as we let go of today, yesterday, and last year and we find stillness in the present moment. By releasing our attachments to the past, we are more capable of making change today. With the new year comes opportunity for growth. In this one hour gentle yoga class we will combine mindfulness meditation with postures that help us release the tension in our bodies and minds making space for love and growth.
SUGGESTED DONATION: $15
The Renown Spiritual Center is partnering with Good Elephant to bring yoga, meditation, and other mindful movements to you to! The goal is to make these offering available and affordable for everyone: patients, loved ones, employees, and the community. If you can meet the suggested $15 per class, wonderful! The instructors are compensated by your generosity. If you can’t, you won’t be turned away. You’re welcome to participate!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
My name is Stacey, but you can call me Ace. I am a Battle Born Nevada native, growing up in the small Nevada town of Winnemucca. After graduating high school, I began studies in the medical field, ultimately becoming a Registered Nurse. After working as a nurse here in Reno for a few years, I decided to work as a travel nurse, working all over the western US over the past five years. I have recently relocated back to Reno to put down roots in this city I love. I started my yoga Asana practice about 10 years ago. I have always loved the way yoga made me feel. Around two years ago, after going through some trials in my personal life, I found that my yoga and meditation practice brought about a peace inside of me, and a feeling of connection that I had never felt. I’ve recently completed my studies in yoga asana and Vedic philosophy in Koh Samui, Thailand. Sharing yoga with the world is a dream come true for me.
