Marina Roznitovsky Oster, harpist and Nataly Roznitovsky, pianist, were both born in Ukraine. Nataly instilled the love of music into her daughter Marina from the young age of five, as she accompanied her singing for performances at the kindergarten. Nataly taught Marina piano for many years and encouraged her to try the harp at the age of 12. It was love at first sight and Marina has been passionate about the harp ever since. While Nataly spent her years as a music teacher in Israel, Marina continued to study harp at Indiana University and then went on to teaching and performing in Reno, NV. After 16 years of living apart, Nataly moved to Reno to reunite with the growing family and is now a loving grandmother to two granddaughters. Now, Marina and Nataly enjoy the chance to make music together again.
