These experiences help ease anxiety\, reduce stress\, improve sleep quality\, enhance mood\, boost focus\, and reduce pain. \nOur sound baths are suitable for all ages and experience levels – come as you are\, open your heart and mind\, and let the transformative power of sound work its magic. \nWHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one\, please bring a blanket. \nPLEASE NOTE: This session is exclusively for Renown Oncology patients and is limited to one support person per participant.
