DESCRIPTION:Ticket includes partner. \nThe Spinning Babies Parent Class is designed for expecting moms after the 20th week of pregnancy. This class highlights rotating the baby down and out of the pelvis. \nTurning (spinning) is referred to as fetal rotation and descent. During labor\, the baby must rotate and descend through the three levels of the pelvis to be born. SUMMARY:Cancer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:This group is for all patients facing cancer. The meeting enables participants to share experiences and express feelings and concerns. All cancer patients\, family members\, survivors\, and caregivers are welcome to attend. \nMeets weekly on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in person and virtually. \nFor directions to Sierra Cafe 104\, please use the following link: Campus and Parking Maps | Renown Health \nClick on the “Renown Regional Medical Center Visitor Guide” to download the PDF map.  Sierra Cafe 104 is located on the 1st Floor of the Sierra Tower past the gift shop on the right as you enter the Sierra Cafe. \n\nVideo enabled attendance available. You can access remotely and join from any video-enabled device (smart phone\, iPad\, laptop\, or webcam/desktop). \nA virtual invitation with instructions on how to connect will be sent via email the Wednesday before the meeting.

DESCRIPTION:Would you please join us for Renown Health’s free one-hour virtual class for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) education? \nOur goal is to give you the knowledge to better manage your COPD by increasing your understanding of the disease process\, medications and how to use them and creating an action plan you can use every day. \nThis program is offered on the 4th Wednesday of each month and will meet from 3 to 4 p.m. \nUpon registering\, you will receive instructions on virtually connecting 1 day before the class.
