You’ll learn the many facets of delivery\, with the opportunity to ask questions\, helping you make informed decisions about critical issues surrounding your baby’s birth. \nTopics include: \n\nHealthy developments in your pregnancy\nStages of labor\nWarning signs\nBreathing and relaxation techniques\nComfort measures\nRole of the support person and labor support\nBirth planning\nHow to tell when you are in labor\nPain relief options during labor/medical procedures\nHow a birth doula can help\nCesarean birth and Postpartum\n\nOur certified instructors will offer you support and guidance through education uniquely to meet your individual needs.\nWe believe that childbirth is a process\, not a method\, and we recognize that there is no one right way to give birth. \nTo attend\, please register using the expecting mother’s name and information. \nPlease bring the following to the class: \n\n75 cm exercise/yoga ball\n2-bed pillows\nA mat or towel for breathing and relaxation practice\n\n* Note: This class will not include a Baby and Family Suites Tour.
