Interactive discusssion and guided workbook activities to support your overall well-being. - 4pm – Nutrition Support with Dietitian Jessica Blauenstein, RD
Practical tips and guidance to help you nourish your body during treatment.
Participants receive a workout log, calendar and wellness workbook.
this group is open to all head and neck cancer patients – from diagnosis, throughout treatment and for up to three months after.
