This interactive workshop is designed to help older adults reduce their risk of falls and maintain independence.
· Participants will learn about common causes of falls, how balance and strength change with age, and practical strategies to improve stability and mobility.
· The session will include demonstrations of simple exercises to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility from a licensed physical therapist, as well as a presentation with tips for making the home environment safer.
· Attendees will leave with increased confidence, knowledge, and tools they can use daily to prevent falls and stay active.
