Baby Steps: A Teen’s Path to Childbirth and Parenting
Get ready for one of the most exciting and life-changing journeys of your life! Baby Steps is a supportive and fun virtual class designed just for teens preparing to have a baby. We’ll guide you through everything you need to know about pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for your newborn.
In this 4-week class, you’ll learn how to prepare your body and mind for labor and delivery. Once a week, we’ll talk about what to expect during childbirth, ways to stay calm and in control, and tips for making the experience as smooth as possible. You’ll also learn how to care for your newborn, including feeding, diapering, and soothing your baby.
But that’s not all—we’ll also dive into the basics of parenting. From understanding your baby’s needs to building a strong bond with them, this class will help you feel more confident and ready to take on your new role as a mom.
