Guided Imagery: Cancer Support Workshop
May 5 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until Dec 29, 2025
Managing Fear and Anxiety During Cancer Treatment
Join our compassionate cancer support group, where you’ll find understanding, strength, and clarity as you navigate your journey. Together, we tackle fears about treatment and prognosis, offering guidance to help you manage overwhelming emotions. Be part of a supportive community that truly understands, and gain tools to help both you and your family through these challenging times. You don’t have to face cancer alone—let’s support each other every step of the way. As one survivor said, “It’s about discovering who you are and what brings you joy.”
During the workshop you can expect to learn about the Mind-Body connection (the relationship between your thoughts and physical well-being) and how to use it to:
– Uncover your questions and concerns
– Improve overall energy, mood and well-being
– Learn how to tolerate treatment better
– Contribute to a reduction in risk of recurrence
Every Monday from 10am-11am
Virtual attendance is available. To receive the virtual link, please email Renie Anderson at renieanderson@att.net.
